Terms
These terms cover the Stronghold website, Stronghold Accelerator, and Stronghold OS. By applying, paying, or using the software, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use them.
The program
Stronghold Accelerator is a 90-day, 1:1 coaching program for Christian founders, built around Stronghold OS. A founding spot includes what the landing page describes when you are accepted: twelve weekly calls, text access six days a week, access to Stronghold OS, and the content library.
The fee, the start date, and what is included are confirmed in writing before you pay. Applying does not reserve a spot. Spots are limited, and we decide who is accepted.
Your part
You show up to calls, keep your records in the app, and do your weekly reviews. The program is coaching and software. It is not a promise of a particular business result, income, or change in your marriage, health, or faith. Progress depends on the work you do.
Coaching is not legal, medical, financial, or clinical advice. You stay responsible for the decisions you make.
Calls
Weekly calls are recorded so you can rewatch them. Recordings are for you and your coach.
The guarantee
Complete the work (track your progress, do your weekly reviews, and show up on calls) and if there is no measurable progress by the final accounting, you get a full refund of the fee you paid for that program.
Measurable progress means movement you and your coach can point to in the records you kept in Stronghold OS. Ask for the refund in writing at kevin@digital-unify.com within 14 days of the final accounting. The guarantee does not cover a spot you did not use.
Payment
You pay the fee we agreed in writing before the program starts. Payment is arranged with us directly. It is not taken inside the app. A refund that is due goes back by the method you paid with.
The software
Stronghold OS is part of a founding spot, for the period we agreed in writing. We work to keep it available. It will sometimes be down for a fix or a failure. Founding members help shape it, so features can change while you are using it.
If you connect Google Calendar, we can read events for the week you are looking at. We do not change your calendar. You can disconnect at any time. The privacy policy explains what else we hold.
What you write
You keep ownership of what you write in the app. You let us and your coach use it to run the program for you. Do not put someone else’s private information in the app unless you have the right to.
Acceptable use
Your account is yours. Do not share your login, resell or republish the content library, attack the service, or use Stronghold for anything unlawful.
Our material
The software, the program, the writing on this site, and the content library belong to Stronghold. A founding spot gives you a personal licence to use them while your access lasts. That licence does not let you resell them or build a competing product from them. When your access ends, the licence ends.
Ending
You can stop at any time by writing to us. We can end your access if you break these terms, or when the program period ends. The guarantee still applies if you met its conditions.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, our total liability to you for the program is limited to the fee you paid us for it. We are not liable for lost profits, or for decisions you make in your business, marriage, health, or faith from the coaching or from what you see in the software.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you keep the rights the law gives you. These terms do not take those away.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales decide disputes.
