Stronghold
Privacy
Stronghold runs Stronghold Accelerator, a 90-day coaching program, and Stronghold OS, the software members use to plan and review their lives. This policy covers stronghold.club, the app, and email you send us.
Questions, or a request to see, correct, or delete your information: kevin@digital-unify.com.
What we collect
- Your account. Your name, email address, and sign-in details. Sign-in is handled by Clerk.
- What you write in the app. Stewardship ratings, goals, habits, tasks, weekly plans and reviews, quests, and notes. That can include your business, faith, marriage, and health, because that is what the program is for.
- Coaching. What you enter when you book a discovery call, what is said on calls, and a recording of each weekly call so you can rewatch it.
- Your calendar, if you connect it. Connecting Google Calendar lets us read the events for the week you are looking at, and store the Google account email plus a token so the connection stays on. We do not change your calendar. You can disconnect whenever you want.
- Your coach. Your coach can see the program data for the members he coaches, so the two of you can do the work together.
- Errors. If something breaks, Sentry receives an error report tagged with your account id. It is not tagged with your name or email.
- Product events. PostHog receives a short list of events, such as that you signed up, planned a day, finished a weekly review, or connected a calendar. Those events do not include the words you typed.
Why we use it
We use this information to run your account, show you your week, coach you, keep the service working, and see whether the product is being used. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
A few companies process information for us, and only so we can run Stronghold:
- Cal.com, to take discovery-call bookings.
- Clerk, for sign-in.
- Supabase, to store your account and program data.
- Vercel, to host the site and the app.
- Google, only if you connect a calendar.
- Sentry, for error reports.
- PostHog, for the product events above.
Some of these companies process data in the United States and other countries. Email you send us stays in our inbox.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and program data while you are a member, and for as long as we need it to finish the program, handle a refund, or meet a legal duty. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your program data, unless we have to keep a record of a payment or a dispute. Disconnecting Google Calendar removes that connection.
Your choices
Email kevin@digital-unify.com to access your information, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. You can disconnect Google Calendar in the app. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children
The program is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
