I'm Kevin, the COO of a fast growing 8-figure SaaS company, athlete at heart, and follower of Christ.
Over the past 6 years, I've been leading people and building systems for companies who are scaling rapidly. I've managed, coached, and built development plans, ensuring growth for both companies and individuals.
Those years in business taught me one thing: a business never grows past the leader running it. Every ceiling the business reached, no matter how painful it was to admit at times, I was always the root of the problem.
